Our service is classified and registered as an exempt organization by the DNC. As a courtesy to the DNC subscribers, we only use their phone numbers when there are not enough non-DNC phone numbers available to cover your search area. This will be unique to each individual search, depending on your geographical location and the package that you purchased.

Unfortunately not. We are a proactive service that searches for missing pets by contacting a specified number of your neighbors by phone based on the package you purchase. However, there should be local animal shelters or other SPCA type organizations that you can do this with.
The best way to do this is to review EACH package carefully. There is a page dedicated to each of the (6) packages that Findtoto.com offers our customers. This will give you a detailed description of that specific package, some examples to what situation that package works best for, an illustrated diagram that shows a comparison between various packages, and other important information. Recommendation: Take a few minutes and evaluate your geographical area to the package descriptions so that you can make the best selection for your MISSING PET.
Absolutely CRITICAL. This is the single most important aspect of being reunited with your MISSING PET. Complete this with the greatest of accuracy. Check it…then check it again! Here are some IMPORTANT TIPS: 1) Since our service works off of a “mapping system”, it is VITAL that you put in the CLOSEST ADDRESS WHERE YOUR PET WENT MISSING. This is the center of your search area; 2) Enter your best phone number that you want your neighbors to call, as this is THE NUMBER that will be broadcast on your alert message. Obviously, keeping that phone line open will be very important as well; 3) Carefully select the type of pet with a good description (color, etc.); and 4) Choose the picture to upload that you feel gives your neighbors the best chance of identifying your MISSING PET.
While you and your pet’s names are very important to you and Findtoto.com, it is the least important of the information that will help in the search for your missing pet. While Findtoto.com will make every effort to pronounce the names correctly the majority of the time, there could be multiple pronunciations for the same name. We will surely do our very best in this area, but if you want to increase your chances of locating your MISSING PET…GO BACK and read the previous “bullet point” ONE MORE TIME!
Yes!, Your “Alert Voice”, can at any given time, be delivered in one of these 3 ways; male, female or computer voiced. Due to the fact that we have different Toto Finders processing orders at all different times, it would simply be impracticle for you to choose the type of voice delivery.
