  • 1. What is the cost of your service?

Just go to Packages Page of the website and you will find all of the prices and detailed information regarding each package. Findtoto.com wants you to select the package that best fits your unique situation.

  • 2. Will my neighbor have the option to repeat my alert message once it has completed?

Yes. Once the alert message has ended, your neighbor can replay the message by simply pressing “one” on their phone.

  • 3. What will my neighbors hear when you leave them a message?

They can hear 1 of 3 different messages which you can listen to here: Lost Pet - - Stolen Pet - - Found Pet

  • 4. What hours are the calls made to my neighbors?

No calls are made before 9 am Monday through Friday or before 10 am on weekends. No orders are started after 7 pm Monday through Friday or after 6 pm on weekends.

  • 5. How soon will my alert message be broadcast and how long will it take to notify my neighbors?

Once your package has been purchased, pursuant to the hours listed in the previous “bullet point”, MOST OF THE TIME, ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND ALL ALERT MESSAGES DELIVERED WITHIN ONE HOUR!

  • 6. What if Findtoto.com calls a neighbor that subscribes to The National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry?

Our service is classified and registered as an exempt organization by the DNC. As a courtesy to the DNC subscribers, we only use their phone numbers when there are not enough non-DNC phone numbers available to cover your search area. This will be unique to each individual search, depending on your geographical location and the package that you purchased.

  • 7. What if the phone number being called is “busy” or no one answers (neither a person or an answering system)?

We call that number four times during our call session in attempt to reach that home. Also keep in mind that many people have Caller I.D. and may very well call us back based on the number they see and we will be happy to direct them to you!

  • 8. How accurate is the database of phone numbers used by Findtoto.com?

Our state-of-the-art database is updated and standardized using USPS Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certified software. While people do re-locate, our goal is to maintain a 85% or higher accuracy with our telephone numbers. We verify millions of records each month to help ensure our database contains the most current and accurate information available.

  • 9. I live in a mixed commercial, light industrial area, will my alert reach those business?

No, (If you have some homes that have been converted to business, Yes, we will reach those!)

  • 10. Will my Alert go out to Apartment and condo complexes?

Yes!

  • 11. Can I list my missing pet on your website database of missing pets without purchasing one of Findtoto.com’s packages?

Unfortunately not. We are a proactive service that searches for missing pets by contacting a specified number of your neighbors by phone based on the package you purchase. However, there should be local animal shelters or other SPCA type organizations that you can do this with.

  • 12. How do I determine which Findtoto.com package is right for me?

The best way to do this is to review EACH package carefully. There is a page dedicated to each of the (6) packages that Findtoto.com offers our customers. This will give you a detailed description of that specific package, some examples to what situation that package works best for, an illustrated diagram that shows a comparison between various packages, and other important information. Recommendation: Take a few minutes and evaluate your geographical area to the package descriptions so that you can make the best selection for your MISSING PET.

  • 13. How important is accurately completing the form when I select the package I want to purchase?

Absolutely CRITICAL. This is the single most important aspect of being reunited with your MISSING PET. Complete this with the greatest of accuracy. Check it…then check it again! Here are some IMPORTANT TIPS: 1) Since our service works off of a “mapping system”, it is VITAL that you put in the CLOSEST ADDRESS WHERE YOUR PET WENT MISSING. This is the center of your search area; 2) Enter your best phone number that you want your neighbors to call, as this is THE NUMBER that will be broadcast on your alert message. Obviously, keeping that phone line open will be very important as well; 3) Carefully select the type of pet with a good description (color, etc.); and 4) Choose the picture to upload that you feel gives your neighbors the best chance of identifying your MISSING PET.

  • 14. What happens if my name or my pet’s name is mispronounced on the alert message?

While you and your pet’s names are very important to you and Findtoto.com, it is the least important of the information that will help in the search for your missing pet. While Findtoto.com will make every effort to pronounce the names correctly the majority of the time, there could be multiple pronunciations for the same name. We will surely do our very best in this area, but if you want to increase your chances of locating your MISSING PET…GO BACK and read the previous “bullet point” ONE MORE TIME!

  • 15. Can my alert message be delivered in a male, female or computer voice?

Yes!, Your “Alert Voice”, can at any given time, be delivered in one of these 3 ways; male, female or computer voiced. Due to the fact that we have different Toto Finders processing orders at all different times, it would simply be impracticle for you to choose the type of voice delivery.

  • 16. Is there a database on Findtoto.com that lists my pet’s vital information and the uploaded picture?

Absolutely! If you uploaded your pets picture or emailed it to support @ findtoto . com and asked us to upload it for you. It will also show all of the pets that have been FOUND. Our GOAL At Findtoto.com is to make you one of our many SUCCESS STORIES!

  • 17. Do you have any other advice regarding the services of Findtoto.com?

It is always a good idea to review the Disclaimer Section of our website, as you will have a greater understanding of our service. Also, you may find even more vital information about locating your MISSING PET.

  • 18. I talked to my neighbor and they did not get a call…why?

Few reasons may include:

Neighbor may not have been home during the 4 call attempts and do not have an answering machine or service.
Neighbor may be unlisted.
Neighbor may have just changed or acquired their phone number in the last 30 days.
Neighbor may have just moved in and brought their old number with them in the past 30 days.
Neighbor is on our Do Not Call List.

  • 19. How can I contact Findtoto.com?

  • 20. How will I know my calls went out to the correct area?

Upon request, FindToto will send you your completed call log.

  • 21. How long does it take the system to make all the phone calls in my package?

We attempt to call each number up to 4 times. (If necessary)
First call is made, then 15mins later 2nd, 10mins later 3rd, 5mins later 4th.
All calling sessions (no matter how large) are completed in less than 1 hour.
