*Based on our research and experience we have found most missing pets have been recovered in a distance of 1 to 10 miles from their last seen point of origin. Below we have provided you with a guide for the package that would commonly accomplish at least a 1-mile radius of alerts. Each package is designed for the approximate max city population in the area where your pet went missing. Remember that your main goal with FindToto is to spread the word as fast as possible, to get the neighborhood involved and keep their eyes open for your loved one. We do however understand that money can be a concern and we always suggest “alerting” within your means.

• Our caller ID reads FINDTOTO.COM so your neighbors will know it is not a solicitation call, in-turn increasing the odds of your neighbors answering and listening to your alert. If however they do not answer, our “missing pet calling service” is designed to leave your “lost pet message” on their answering machine or answering service!
  
  
• Is it a good idea to use your alert services even if my pet has been missing for a long while?
YES!
Example: If by chance your pet was stolen…there is no other service in existence that can combat pet theft besides FindToto.com.

• Haven’t most people discontinued their home phone service due to the cell phone craze?
Not true, now that most cable carriers have offered the “bundle” package, home phones are back!


• Although I think this service is innovative I have already posted hundreds of flyers in my neighborhood why would I call the same people?
We at FindToto.com have learned from our past customers; after posting the flyers and the door knocking they had found that the personal message inside the homes brought in a lot more attention then everything else combined.


• If I live on or near a city, county or state line could my alert go across the lines?
Yes! Your alert will stretch as far out in all N, S, E, & W directions until the number of neighbors you selected to contact is filled.


• How will I know the calls have started?
Besides the very high chance of you receiving many phone calls from your helping neighbors, you will also receive a call to the phone number you provided on your sign-up form. You may also receive a call on your home phone if that was THE LOCATION OF where your pet went missing.


• How long does it take the system to make all the phone calls in my package?
We attempt to call each number up to 4 times. (If necessary)
First call is made, then 15mins later 2nd, 10mins later 3rd, 5mins later 4th.
All calling sessions (no matter how large) are completed in less than 1 hour.
